Welcome to Etsy!
In case you hadn't seen it, they have a feature called Etsy Mini, where you can get a little thingymajiggy to put in your sidebar that shows off your most recently listed items...kind of like what you have in this post, but it updates automatically.
Just go to Your Etsy and in the left hand column, at the very bottom, there's a link that says Etsy Mini and if you click on that it'll take you to the page to get it all set up the way you like and give you the code for your blog.
If you already knew about it, never mind, I just thought I'd mention it in case. ;)
